What do I need to use my iPhone?


You only need a working GSM sim card to use your iPhone.


Do I need to do anything to use my iPhone?


You only need to install your GSM sim card. The iPhone is already activated and does not need any more setup to use it.


Can I upgrade my iPhone with iTunes?


NO! Officially upgrades from Apple will almost always make your unlocked iPhone useless to you.


What can I do if I did upgrade my iPhone with iTunes?


It is recommended you contact us for help. We can either help you fix you iPhone via detailed e-mail instructions (only for those who feel they are good with a computer), or we can arrange for one of our members to fix the iPhone (charges may apply). Depending on your location, you may have to ship the iPhone back to us.
